4. Legal Basis for Processing
4.1 wenph processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognised under RA 10173:

5.1 wenph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. wenph may share your personal data only in the following circumstances:
- PAGCOR: wenph is required to provide player data, transaction records, and gaming logs to PAGCOR upon request as a condition of its operating license.
- Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC): wenph is obligated under the Anti-Money Laundering Act to report suspicious transactions and provide account information to AMLC as directed.
- Payment processors: Identity and transaction data is shared with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers strictly to process your deposits and withdrawals.

7.5 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, wenph will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with NPC guidelines.
8. Data Security
8.1 wenph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and wenph servers.
- Bcrypt hashing for all stored account passwords — passwords are never stored in readable form.
- Two-factor authentication (OTP) available for all player accounts.
- Role-based access controls limiting internal staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

10. Children & Minors
10.1 The wenph Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. wenph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If wenph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data deleted, except where retention is required by law for AML or fraud investigation purposes.

11. Amendments to This Privacy Policy
11.1 wenph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Philippine law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or our data practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or by prominent notice on the wenph Platform, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.
11.2 Your continued use of the wenph Platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when this Privacy Policy was last updated.
