1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "wenph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the wenph gaming platform operating at wenph.one, a PAGCOR-authorized online gaming brand.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is accessing a wenph account.
- "Platform" refers to the wenph website (wenph.one), mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
- "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player on the wenph Platform.
- "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal, and support services provided through the wenph Platform.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body that licenses and regulates casino gaming in the Philippines.
- "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency used in wenph accounts.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required prior to full account activation.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits or free bet credits granted by wenph under separate bonus terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By registering an account on the wenph Platform, accessing any wenph Service, or placing any bet or wager through wenph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wenph. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wenph Platform and close your account.
2.3 wenph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirement
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of wenph Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's licensing framework and is non-negotiable. Any person under 21 years of age is expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or accessing any part of the wenph Platform.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. wenph is licensed by PAGCOR to provide online gaming services within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted in their jurisdiction. wenph does not accept liability for players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) registered wenph account. Opening multiple accounts — including under different names, mobile numbers, or using proxy registrations — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from wenph or from gaming under a PAGCOR self-exclusion program are prohibited from registering new accounts or accessing the Platform during their exclusion period.
4. Account Registration & KYC
4.1 Registration. To use wenph Services, you must register an account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, creating a secure password, and submitting a government-issued Philippine identification document for age verification.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify wenph of any change to your registered information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
4.3 KYC Verification. wenph is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all account holders. You must submit a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued ID (accepted documents include: UMID Card, Passport, Driver's Licence, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilHealth ID) together with a selfie photograph. Full Platform access — including withdrawal functionality — is only available upon successful completion of KYC verification.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wenph account credentials. wenph will never request your password via chat, email, or phone. You agree to notify wenph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wenph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended). wenph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Currency. All wenph account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Payment Methods. wenph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your wenph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours. wenph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.
5.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your name and linked to your verified wenph account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
5.6 Refunds. Deposited funds are non-refundable once credited to your wenph account and used for gaming. In cases of technical error or duplicate transaction, wenph will investigate and resolve within five (5) business days.
6. Gaming Rules & Fairness
6.1 Certified Games. All games offered on the wenph Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories. Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
6.2 Bets Are Final. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the wenph system, it is final and cannot be reversed. Accidental bets cannot be cancelled unless a verifiable technical error on wenph's part is identified.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction that renders a game's outcome uncertain, wenph reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. wenph's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market on the wenph Platform has published minimum and maximum stake limits. wenph reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 wenph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, published separately at the time of the promotion.
7.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
7.3 wenph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to refuse, limit, or clawback bonus funds in cases of suspected abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms.
7.4 Only one bonus may be active per wenph account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wenph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one wenph account per person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime involving your wenph account.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to place bets with an exploitable advantage ("bug abuse").
- Accessing the Platform if you are self-excluded, under 21 years of age, or prohibited by law from participating in online gaming.
- Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location.
- Sharing your wenph account credentials or accessing another player's account.
- Any conduct that wenph reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1 wenph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time alerts, reality checks, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the wenph Platform for periods ranging from six (6) months to five (5) years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, wenph will use reasonable efforts to prevent access and will not send promotional materials to the excluded player.
9.3 Underage Gambling. wenph strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. If wenph discovers or suspects that a minor has accessed the Platform, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to PAGCOR.
9.4 If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please seek help. wenph encourages responsible play. Sugal ay para sa aliwan lamang.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the wenph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design — is the intellectual property of wenph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wenph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any wenph content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wenph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wenph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
11.2 wenph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the wenph Platform.
11.3 wenph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party network issues may temporarily affect availability. wenph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
12. Termination & Suspension
12.1 wenph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any wenph account — with or without prior notice — in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, PAGCOR directive, or any other reason wenph deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
12.2 Upon account closure, any verified withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements and funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may close your wenph account at any time by contacting wenph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
13. Amendments to These Terms
13.1 wenph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (e.g., SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number) and/or by prominent notice on the wenph Platform, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the wenph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to wenph's internal dispute resolution process. wenph will respond to formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. The courts of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
